We do not provide obstetric care (pregnancy), but do pregnancy tests and can refer to a specialist. We can see pregnant patients with non-pregnancy related concerns. We do not provide chronic pain management. We do not discriminate based on age, gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or income level.

Same Day Care/Urgent Care/Emergencies

We do provide same day urgent visits to established patients to the best of our availability. Please call same day as soon as possible to schedule this with the front desk.  

A physician is on call after hours and on weekends if you have urgent concerns. Please call the on call provider at (231)421-1553.

Medication Refills

Please utilize our Patient Portal to refill medications. You can also contact our office through our refill line (option 3). Please allow at least 48 hours for refills before calling our office again.
