Our phones are answered from 8 am to 4:30 pm every weekday. They are off from 12 noon to 1 pm for lunch.

• Option 0 or 1 for front desk (schedule appointments, leave message for doctor or staff, request test results, general information).

• Option 2 for medical records (transferring records into or out of practice). Also for other medical facilities calling for a reason not included in options 0, 1 or 3.

• Option 3 for prescription line (request prescription renewal or samples). Please contact your pharmacy if you have refills available.

• Option 4 for billing
